Extensive experience as an executive in large agribusiness companies.

Partner, has extensive experience in agribusiness, especially in operations, supply chain, private equity, commodities and market intelligence. With an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, he is a veterinarian from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

Graduated in Civil engineering from FAAP – SP with an MBA in Finance from FGV.

Having worked in a multinational food industry. It focuses on implementing areas and creating Lean tools in the pillars of quality, production, performance, finance and people management. Graduated in Electrical and Systems Engineering, with a master’s degree in the area from the Federal University of Uberlândia, an MBA in Projects from the University of São Paulo – ESALQ/USP, and Black Beelt certification. Responsible for building and implementing the Ceres Investimentos Management System with a focus on Performance, Processes, PMO, Audits and Continuous Improvement.

Experience in the financial market working in Banks and Fintechs. Extensive experience in serving external audits and regulatory bodies, especially BACEN. Implementation and structuring of financial, administrative, accounting/tax, legal and HR areas in Fintechs. Focus on results and training people, strong performance as a consultant focused on creating credit card operations, open and closed networks. Graduated in accounting from the Federal University of Uberlândia and postgraduate in controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
Luana Fernandes

With 15 years of experience in leadership development, people management and entrepreneurship, she worked in a multinational in the food segment and also as a businesswoman and career coach. Administrator, with a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the Federal University of Uberlândia, Master Coach from the Brazilian Coaching Institute and an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV. She is responsible at Ceres for structuring the People & Culture area, implementing the subsystems, processes and policies of people as well as the construction and consolidation of the Ceres Culture.
